Stopped in to the Goldsboro Showroom on Hwy 70 after a "confusing experience" with another dealer (drove 3 hrs to view a car they had and it wasn't even clean!! And they knew we were on the way!!!)..... Walked in Deacon Jones - was met with many smiling faces.... Abigail Summers assisted us in the purchase of a 2012 Ford Mustang.... Owner of dealership sat and talked - laughed - shared life experiences with his Dad and the car dealership.....

I recently bought a used vehicle, a 2010 F250, from the Ford dealership in Goldsboro working with Shane Bjorling and then Terry Wooten who arranged financing.
Buying solely based on pictures and working with sales is difficult and scary. Shane made sure I knew everything about the truck sending numerous pictures so there would be no surprises when it was delivered to me in northern WI (1100+ miles away).
A friend picked the truck up for me and they picked him up at the airport, and were very helpful in getting him on his way back to WI with my truck.
This sale was actually "better than going to the dealership" because of Shane and Terry. They did a great job of getting the deal done and making sure I was happy and knew what I was buying without ever seeing it at the store. It's a great truck and I'd recommend working with these guys to anyone!

I would just like to express my sincere thank you to Deacon Jones Kia. After having issues with Stevenson Kia of Wilmington, Lumberton Kia and Fayetteville Kia in regards to finding the Soul that I wanted, and almost deciding to go with another brand of car, your salesperson contacted me and found what I was looking for in a half of day. He was so willing to help me, and I was very skeptical at first because of the bad experiences at the other Kia dealerships, but he kept calling, emailing me and assuring me that Deacon Jones Kia was different and that he would help me. And he did just what he said he was going to do. There was not a hidden agenda, like Fayetteville Kia who not only wanted me to put 5000 dollars down and telling me they were being generous with their trade offer, and not like Lumberton Kia who would not return my calls or emails, or like Stevenson Kia who said it would take a year to get me the Soul I wanted. I am so thankful that those dealerships could not provide me with what I wanted because you were able to find the Soul I wanted, able to get me the payment I wanted and I got more on my trade. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia, please see Deacon Kia, they will be straight forward with you and help you in any way that they possibly can.
